As you can see from my previous reviews, we love us some Dickeys BBQ. Food is almost always good, for its the service that is usually lacking. We decided to order food for a party and since this location is always good, we ordered from here as opposed to another Dickeys that is closer to our house.

I sat with Jaime to place the order. He is great! Amazing! Awesome! Suggested how much food to order based on how many people and other food we were having. He was spot on! Everyone got their fill and we didn't have too many leftovers. Food was ready on time, the people working there Sunday morning were helpful and attentive and of course, The food was GREAT!

I have visited many Dickey locations. I find this location in need of some attention. 1. The employees had been talking in the back (as I was in clear view waiting). After 4 minutes my order was taken. 2. The portions are average size for Dickey's. I found the meat to be just okay. No smoke ring on the brisket. The pulled pork was better.
    3. The coleslaw is always good along with the spicy BBQ sauce. 4. The men's rest room was dirty along with tagging clearly visible on the walls. 5. The soft serve machine was out of order.

I have seen many Dickey locations close as they are franchises. They don't seem to have much corporate oversight when it comes to how these franchisees run their stores.

Hopefully this location will improve. I do see allot of negative reviews and that's a shame.

I've been driving by this place everyday and wanted to try it since I love bbq, flew to Texas just for the famous bbq spots last month. Saw a  groupon deal for the family pack so I decided to give them a try even though theres so many negative reviews for this location. Stopped by today (Wednesday) around 7pm and the place was dead empty except for 2 workers. The place was nicely decorated and look very clean. The cashier took my order and told me the sauce and utensils is on the side. I proceed to go grab some sauce, the pump was literally empty. The place was dead yet no one care to refill the sauce??? I got 1lb of pork ribs, 1lb of brisket, coleslaw, mac & cheese and potatoes with rolls. The ribs have tons of fats on them and have no flavor and since there was no sauce I couldn't really dipped them in anything but they were moist.  Usually the meat fall off the bone but these weren't. The brisket was super dry, so disappointed. The potatoes smells weird and old so I decided to trash it. The cashier wasn't welcoming at all, she didn't offer any recommendations nor greet us when we entered. It was my first time there and it wasn't great.

This was my first time at this restaurant and I literally got my food and threw it away. My co-workers told me not to go here but I wanted to give it the benefit of the doubt. There was grease all over the sand which and the sandwich paper it was wrapped it. Keep in mind I am definitely not picky but the food did not look appetizing. Customer service was not good. The girl was not helpful. She looked more annoyed than anything.
Hopefully they do something to correct this. Its a shame since the place looks nice inside but with all of this being said Im not going there again.

We have tried every Dickies in the area hoping to find a franchise owner who cared. Nothing is worse than enjoying Dickeys in Texas and then finding the food in the franchises so awful. This time everything was cold upon delivery. We had to microwave each of our dinners. The food is super salty! Why? Isn't there some recipe or formula you follow? The sides were incorrect as well. If we had wanted beans and potato salad casserole I wouldn't have ordered coleslaw and green beans. Would it kill you guys to drug test your employees? The brisket and cheese taco was missing a key ingredient...the brisket! There's a small thumbnail sized bit of beef and a slice of American cheese buried under some sauce. Done with Dickeys!
